Antarctica
Walking, wildlife viewing, lectures, zodiac excursions
Breathtaking mountains, glaciers and fjords; astonishing colours and sounds; unique wildlife, such as the Emperor Penguin and leopard seal, as well as research stations and historical points of interest - the White Continent offers an awe-inspiring, once in a lifetime experience.
With visits limited to the southern hemisphere’s summer months, the continent of snow and ice remains pretty inaccessible and relatively untouched.
We work with a good choice of expedition vessels – from smaller ships to icebreakers - which offer a range of adventure and comfort, visiting both the area to the south of Tierra del Fuego and the more remote South Shetland Islands, Falklands and South Georgia.
Best visited : November through to February.
All itineraries are individually designed, but as a guide, we can arrange a 7 day itinerary in Antarctica (not including flights) from £7000/ $10500 per person.
