Much of sub-Saharan Africa is at its best for game-viewing in their Winter. Zambia and Botswana are two of Southern Africa's true gems but East Africa is also a fabulous destination in August.
With much of Asia in the monsoon we have featured one area of India- Ladakh- where it is perfect to visit when lower lying India is to hot to handle....... do not forget Indonesia in August, pretty much perfect.
And the middle band of South America (Peru, Ecuador, Brazil and the North of Chile and Argentina) are at their best.
