The UK government’s rules and regulations may seem daunting, but we monitor any changes and are here to help get you travelling again and show you why you should feel confident in doing so.

Below, we have outlined where you can travel to now, what is required before you travel and what to expect on your return.

We have experienced it ourselves and, when travelling with us, your Destination Expert will advise and guide you throughout the entire process from start to finish to make it as easy and seamless as possible and ensure that you are supported throughout.

We can recommend a selection of PCR testing services with different price levels, many of which we have personally tried and tested ourselves, have had excellent experiences with and have negotiated a discount on your behalf. These vary from services that offer home testing kits (easier for clients living in more rural areas) or in-person testing, depending on your preferences. As a gesture of goodwill, we will also make a contribution towards the cost of any PCR tests that are currently required to be taken in the destination you are visiting before returning to the UK.

We will ensure that you have the right information and know which documents you will need to have to hand making your journey smooth and easy.

Let’s get travelling again – our Destination Experts will make it happen.

    HOW WE DO IT

Our Destination Experts will advise and guide you throughout the entire process from start to finish.

    Before you travel

    Travel Insurance

    • We have excellent relationships with a handful of insurance companies who provide various forms of cover who we can introduce you to personally. Each company offers different policies with varying terms and conditions, so we recommend getting a series of quotes and discussing your personal requirements in detail with them in order to find the best one for you.

    Entry requirements

    • Every destination has different entry requirements, which your Destination Expert will talk you through.
    • If the destination you are planning on visiting requires you to take a ‘Fit to fly’ PCR test, then, as outlined above, we can recommend a selection of PCR testing services.
    • If you have received both of your vaccinations, we will offer our advice on how to have this certificate to hand for you to easily show on your journey when required.

    Day 2 PCR test

    • On arrival back into the UK from a green list country, you are currently required to take a PCR test two full days after your return. We advise booking this prior to travel if possible, as you will be required to show proof of booking on your UK passenger locator form, which will need to be completed before travelling back to the UK.

Travelling to and through the airport

We have a fantastic VIP service in place to help you navigate the airport and make your journey as smooth and easy as possible. We can arrange for you to be collected from your home, taken to the airport and escorted through check-in and immigration to avoid any queues, straight through to the airport lounge before boarding your flight. The same service can be put in place on your return journey.

    While you’re away

PCR test taken 72 hours before you arrive back into the UK

    • We ensure that taking your PCR test is built into your itinerary as conveniently and as unobtrusively as possible. We ensure that our partners on the ground efficiently provide you with all the information you need, including print-outs of all the documents required, so that you are organised and have these to hand.
    • As a gesture of goodwill, we will also make a contribution towards the cost of any PCR tests that are currently required to be taken in the destination you are visiting before returning to the UK.

Completing the UK passenger locator form for arrival into the UK

    • We will provide you with the correct link to fill out this form. While the form is straight-forward, prior to filling it out, we will inform you of all the information that you will need to have ready.
    • Once you have completed the form, we will ensure that it is printed out for you, so that you have this to hand, making your journey home smooth and easy.

    On your return

    UK Immigration

On arrival into the UK, you will need to show immigration:
